You’ll supervise subcontractors, monitor workmanship, and drive closeout processes, while mentoring assistants and growing with a company that values craftsmanship, accountability, and a family-like team culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have construction or project management experience on decks or similar builds.
• Ability to organize schedules, track progress, and control project scope.
• Strong leadership to manage subcontractors and crews on-site.
