Job summary

Atwell is seeking a Project Manager to drive high-impact land development projects in energy infrastructure. You will mentor staff, lead technical design reviews, and ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years in related projects, and PE is preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple teams to deliver quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in land development for energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor junior staff on land development projects.
  • Oversee report writing, site plans, drainage and grading designs.
  • Review and seal project documents for compliance with engineering standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and team leaders to track workflow and chargeability.
  • Support financial objectives and project success.

At Atwell, we're seeking a Project Manager who excels in driving high-impact land development projects related to energy infrastructure and sub-surface utility engineering. You'll leverage your expertise to lead and mentor while ensuring top-notch project delivery. Join us to shape the future of our engineering projects and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities
  • Expert Leadership: Act as the go-to authority for report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and comprehensive due diligence/site analysis reports.
  • Technical Excellence: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments efficiently, adhering to Atwell's high standards.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior staff with technical queries related to Land Development projects, fostering their professional growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all project deliverables meet rigorous quality and engineering standards.
  • Compliance & Review: Review and seal project documents to ensure full compliance with engineering standards. Analyze project survey data and site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, and easement documents.
  • Adaptability: Make necessary edits and modifications to plans as required by agencies, municipalities, and clients.
  • Effective Communication: Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to track workflow status and meet chargeability goals.
  • Financial Contribution: Support the team in achieving financial objectives and project success.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Certification: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
  • Industry Expertise: 8+ years of experience in Land Development projects for energy infrastructure including design, project management, business development and invoicing.
