Job summary

Atwell is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact land development projects for energy infrastructure. You will guide design, due diligence, and reporting, shaping project delivery with strong technical rigor and client coordination.

This role emphasizes mentorship, QA/QC, and compliance across plans, surveys, and documents, while collaborating with PMs to meet timelines and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license preferred.
• 8+ years of land development experience for energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead report writing, site plan design, drainage and grading work.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to complete assignments to high standards.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
• Oversee QA/QC processes for project deliverables.
• Review and seal project documents; analyze survey data and easements.
• Coordinate with PMs and team leaders to track workflow and chargeability.

At Atwell, we're seeking a Project Manager who excels in driving high-impact land development projects related to energy infrastructure an d sub-surface utility engineering. Responsibilities:

• Expert Leadership : Act as the go-to authority for report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and comprehensive due diligence/site analysis reports.
• Technical Excellence : Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments efficiently, adhering to Atwell's high standards.
• Mentorship : Guide and support junior staff with technical queries related to Land Development projects, fostering their professional growth.
• Quality Assurance : Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all project deliverables meet rigorous quality and engineering standards.
• Compliance & Review : Review and seal project documents to ensure full compliance with engineering standards. Analyze project survey data and site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, and easement documents.
• Adaptability : Make necessary edits and modifications to plans as required by agencies, municipalities, and clients.
• Effective Communication : Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to track workflow status and meet chargeability goals.
• Financial Contribution : Support the team in achieving financial objectives and project success.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Certification : Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• Industry Expertise :8+ years of experience in Land Development projects for energy infrastructure including design, project management, business development and invoicing.
