Job summary

Well Known Mechanical Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the mechanical scope on a hyperscale Data Center project near Jackson, GA. The role reports to site leadership and requires coordinating with a General Contractor and multiple subs to ensure project milestones are met.

Ideal candidates will have 2–10 years of construction management experience with strong knowledge of sheet metal, piping, and plumbing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong mechanical knowledge in sheet metal, piping and plumbing.
• Experience with Data Center construction preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 10 onsite Superintendents, Foreman, General Laborers, etc.
• Support project scheduling and execution
• Coordinate with other pertinent contractors, including the General Contractor on project
• Manage overall budget, timeline, materials, and manpower
• Oversee change orders, RFI's, and documentation
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project tracking

The Project Manager will lead the mechanical scope on a hyperscale Data Center project in Jackson, GA. The ideal candidate will bring 2-10 years of experience in construction management with a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge in sheet metal, piping and plumbing.
