Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team in a Remote capacity based in Georgia, US. The role blends project management and business analysis to keep delivery on track while capturing clear requirements.

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, manage plans and risks, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. This fully remote position requires collaboration across distributed teams and a strong PM/BA background.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of combined Project Management and Business Analysis experience supporting technology initiatives.
• 4+ years of Demonstrated experience performing both PM and hands-on BA responsibilities.
• 4+ years of Strong experience with requirements gathering, user stories, project planning, RAID management, and stakeholder communication.
• 4+ years of Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar Agile/project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• In this role you will be responsible for:
• Project Management Approximately 50%: Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across Business, Product, Engineering, QA, and other project teams.
• Facilitate project status meetings, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain status reporting, RAID logs, action items, and project documentation.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and drive issues and action items through resolution.
• Business Analysis Approximately 50%: Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements documentation.
• Facilitate requirements sessions with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements that development teams can execute.
• Support functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation through implementation.

Job Description

Position's Overview

• NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) to join our team in a Remote capacity.

• This is a hybrid PM/BA role with an approximately 50% Project Management / 50% Business Analysis split, requiring the individual to manage delivery while also owning detailed business analysis activities.

• Client's Business Problem to Solve

• Our client requires a PM/BA who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring projects remain organized and on schedule while requirements are clearly defined, documented, tested, and successfully implemented.

• Position's General Duties and Tasks

• In this role you will be responsible for:

Requirements for This Role Include

This is a fully remote position requiring close collaboration with Product, Business, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders in a distributed environment.
