Job summary

NTT DATA in Irving, Texas is seeking a PMO Analyst to join our team. This individual will prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, track milestones, risks, and dependencies, and maintain PMO repositories and governance documents.

The role requires strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus 3–5 years of analytical, reporting, and coordination experience. You will assist with resource allocation and monitor KPIs and project finances.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• 3+ years of good analytical and reporting capabilities.
• 3-5 years of excellent communication and coordination skills.
• 3-5 years attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 3-5 years ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• 4+ years basic understanding of project management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is 40$/hr - 44$/hr. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
