Job Description:
- We are seeking a Project Manager, Service Delivery to assist the Service Delivery team. The team is responsible for the delivery of services programs, developing new assets, and managing capital improvement and structural redevelopment projects across the portfolio.
- Day-to-day, you will oversee real estate activities for all products in a given geographic territory.
- As a Project Manager, Service Delivery, you will partner cross-functionally to manage client relationships at the market level while ensuring project timelines are met and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the local market real estate expert – support internal project-level contingencies requiring field presence (e.g., consent, LOAs, compound expansions, rooftops), lead complex permitting, and challenge site acquisition vendor forecast dates to ensure zoning and permitting timelines align with jurisdiction requirements.
- Take end-to-end accountability for deployment activities including site acquisition (internal & outsourced), leasing, due diligence, architectural/engineering services, zoning, permitting, project management, construction, deployment meetings, and closeout packages for assigned customers or product lines within a specific market.
- Act as the single point of contact at the market level for customer escalations and actively participate in deployment meetings and calls, providing current and accurate updates on customer priorities, project status, forecasts, aging, and issue resolution.
- Provide weekly market-level gap analysis reports highlighting overall status, out-of-customer items, aging, and additional customer reporting requests. Develop an in-depth understanding of customer expectations, including priorities, coverage objectives, timelines, equipment, system management, processes, and project volume at the market level.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of contracts, including scope of services, pricing, service level commitments, MLA fees, and bucket rights.
- Ensure accuracy of end-to-end forecast dates at project and market levels in systems like SiterraUS and other customer platforms by collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Partner with customers from scope of work through post-NTP and installation completion, providing high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in wireless service delivery, project management, and vendor management.
- Proven expertise in managing wireless service deployment projects, site acquisition, or construction management.
- Deep understanding of customer standards, including equipment, RFDS, scope, and contract terms.
- Experience with construction drawings, from development to redlining and approvals.
- Approximately 30% travel required.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work across different teams and levels.
- Leadership skills to motivate and drive team results.
