100% Remote position

Our Manufacturing client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of leadership, communication, and technical skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion. This individual should be well-versed in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and have a strong background in financial project management reporting. Highly organized with the ability help move projects along. Multi-tasking, working on multiple smaller projects simultaneously.

Pay rate: $70-$75

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to conduct productive and efficient meetings to ensure effective communication within the project team.
• Hands-on experience in financial project management reporting, including burn rates and other relevant metrics.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project to streamline project planning, execution, and reporting.
• Thorough understanding of documentation requirements for projects, including Business, Technical, and Testing documentation
• Work collaboratively with existing team members, including Scrum Master, Tester, and Business Analysts, and actively contribute to the growth of the team.
• Take charge of project initiatives, demonstrating the ability to proactively identify and address challenges without constant supervision.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, clear spoken communication, and a positive personality to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Proven experience as a dedicated Project Manager with a passion for project management and a track record of successful project deliveries.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience with financial project management reporting.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
  
  

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
