Job summary

Elevait Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / Delivery Lead in Charlotte, NC. This role travels to Charlotte monthly and requires remote work with periodic on-site presence during go-live events.

The candidate will lead an enterprise demand planning implementation using Agile/Scrum, coordinate SAP ECC, vendors, and partners, and manage governance, RAID, and executive communications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise demand planning implementation using Agile, Scrum and iterative delivery.
• Serve as servant leader, remove blockers, enable collaboration, drive accountability.
• Own delivery planning, governance reporting, RAID management, and exec communications.
• Coordinate IT, SAP ECC, implementation partner, and vendor teams across workstreams.
• Drive backlog/workflow via Kanban; support sprint and release planning.
• Track project financials, progress, risks, dependencies, milestones.
• Support integration planning, data migration readiness, testing, cutover, go-live.
• Ensure SOX/regulatory governance adherence.
• Provide executive level updates and maintain stakeholder engagement.

Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager / Delivery Lead
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote, but must travel to Charlotte 1x p/month)
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET; some weekend/after hours work required during go live events

What You'll Do

What We Need From You

• 7+ years leading enterprise technology implementations as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role
• Strong foundation in stakeholder management, governance and status reporting, executive updates, financial tracking, and vendor coordination
• Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments with hands on Kanban board experience; Scrum Master certification or PMI-ACP required
• Experience with SAP ECC implementations, including integration, data migration, and cutover coordination
• Knowledge of demand planning in a manufacturing environment plus SOX/regulatory governance experience

• First hand experience implementing Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning
• Experience implementing complex SAP ECC solutions
• Hands on experience with Planview AgilePlace
