Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial architectural metal and façade projects from award through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, fabrication and field teams, review shop drawings and project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Experience with architectural metals, façade systems, curtain wall, metal panels, roofing, or related building envelope products preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore is advantageous.
