Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial architectural metal and façade projects from award through closeout. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Experience with architectural metals, façade systems, curtain wall, metal panels, roofing, or related building envelope products preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial architectural metal projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, fabrication, and field teams.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, change orders, billings, and cost control.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Support field operations throughout installation and project completion.
