Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, real estate, or construction management.
• Seven years of experience in construction and real estate; twelve years total professional work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF Professional, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and web-based project management software.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and management skills.

• Development Management: lead development initiatives from acquisition through occupancy.
• Design Management: oversee design processes to align with project vision.
