Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a seasoned HR Project Manager to oversee resources, scope, and deliverables for complex projects in Atlanta, GA.

You will manage interdependent HR and IT workstreams, develop schedules, identify risks, and drive issue resolution while presenting clear status updates to management. The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, HR systems implementations (SAP/SuccessFactors preferred), and strong MS Office skills including MS Project and Visio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in business, technical, education, or science/math.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with HR systems implementations, preferably SAP/SuccessFactors.
• HR experience preferred; SAP/SuccessFactors preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels.
• Analytical and process engineering capability.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

The HR Project Manager will manage the resources, scope, and deliverables of assigned projects; middle to high levels of complexity. Projects may have internal and/or third party technology including SAP/SuccessFactors. The PM must plan and monitor project tasks, identify risks, identify issues, and drive resolution of issues. The PM will build project plan schedules by using project management tools, accounts/tracks resources, deliverables, milestones, and identifying critical paths. The PM will manage interdependencies with other HR and IT workstreams, resources, deliverables, and initiatives. PM will identify and manage scope creep while providing succinct and clear status presentations to all levels of management. The PM will facilitate and document workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Additional Responsibilities

Qualification

• 2-3 HR system implementations experience preferably with SAP/SuccessFactors.

• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project and Visio.
• Effectively communicates and influences all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated analytical and process engineering ability.
