Peachtree Decks and Porches is seeking a Project Manager in Atlanta to lead premium outdoor living projects from contract to completion. You will own the schedule, margin, client relationships, and outcomes, reporting directly to ownership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing representative from contract signing through final walkthrough.
• Own full project production: schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials.
• Operate JobTread at full depth and improve processes to raise efficiency.
• Build and maintain KPI tracking for real-time project visibility.
• Communicate proactively with clients at every phase for updates.
• Leverage AI tools to sharpen reporting and reduce admin drag.
• Close every project: punch list done, docs closed, 5-star review earned.

At Peachtree Decks and Porches, we don't do average. We build premium outdoor living spaces for clients investing $75,000–$150,000+ in their homes and they expect a premium experience to match. The Project Manager is the face of that experience — from contract signing to final walkthrough. You own the schedule, the margin, the client relationship, and the outcome. All of it. You report directly to ownership.

Compensation:

$100,000+

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client-facing representative of PDP from contract signing through final walkthrough — professional and polished at every touchpoint

• Own full project production — schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement

• Operate JobTread at full depth and actively improve our processes to raise efficiency and client experience

• Build and maintain KPI tracking systems that give ownership real-time visibility into project performance

• Communicate proactively with clients at every phase — they never have to ask for an update

• Leverage AI tools to sharpen reporting and eliminate administrative drag

• Close every project completely — punch list done, documentation closed, 5-star review earned
