Peachtree Decks and Porches is seeking a Project Manager in Atlanta to lead premium outdoor living projects from contract to completion. You will own the schedule, margin, client relationships, and outcomes, reporting directly to ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven residential construction project management experience.
• JobTread experience strongly preferred.
• Numbers-oriented — budget tracking, margin analysis, and performance reporting.
• Systems builder, not just a systems follower.
• Communicates proactively and owns problems without being asked.
• Embraces technology and AI tools as part of daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing representative from contract signing through final walkthrough.
• Own full project production: schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials.
• Operate JobTread at full depth and improve processes to raise efficiency.
• Build and maintain KPI tracking for real-time project visibility.
• Communicate proactively with clients at every phase for updates.
• Leverage AI tools to sharpen reporting and reduce admin drag.
• Close every project: punch list done, docs closed, 5-star review earned.
