Job summary

Ben The Builder Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee remodels and additions, coordinating carpenters and subcontractors while keeping the project on schedule and on budget. You will inform homeowners from demo to final walkthrough and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional outside-hours work for schedule adjustments and client updates. This role requires on-site presence at job sites in Oregon.

Job description

Our project managers run remodels during construction — coordinating carpenters and subcontractors, keeping the schedule and budget on track, and keeping homeowners informed from demo to final walkthrough. We work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday — no overtime, no weekends.
