Job summary

Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). The role coordinates activities, tracks progress, and reports on deliverables aligned with organizational goals and community needs.

The position requires robust experience in health or human services project coordination and strong communication with diverse stakeholders. Remote NC work is possible, with standard hours and a commitment to equity in program delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum education and experience combinations are listed: high school diploma or GED with 6 years in health/human services or business, or an associate's degree with 4 years, or a bachelor's degree with 2 years, or an equivalent mix.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across assigned projects.

Posting Salary Range: $56,270 - $69,898

Office Location: Remote in North Carolina

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Project Management Specialist to join our team! The Project Management Specialist supports Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) project delivery by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and coordinating engagement and communication across stakeholders. The role plans and monitors project components and provides reporting to support timely completion of project deliverables that are in alignment with organizational goals and community needs.

On a typical day, you might:

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across assigned projects.
• Track project progress and maintain schedules, milestones, and action items.
• Prepare project status updates, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and document decisions and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience in Health or Human Services, Social Services, or Business field, coordinating projects and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR
• Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in Health or Human Services, Social Services, or Business field, coordinating projects and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR
• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in Health or Human Services, Social Services, or Business field, coordinating projects and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within North Carolina.
• Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment now or in the future (ex: OPT F-1, J-1).

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
