Job summary

Trillium Health Resources in North Carolina seeks a Project Management Specialist to support Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) project delivery by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and engaging stakeholders. This exempt role emphasizes equity-focused and community-informed practices.

The successful candidate will plan and monitor project components, provide reporting, and ensure deliverables align with organizational goals and community needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience in Health or Human Services, Social Services, or Business field, coordinating projects and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR
• Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in Health or Human Services, Social Services, or Business field, coordinating projects and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR
• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in Health or Human Services, Social Services, or Business field, coordinating projects and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within North Carolina.
• Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment now or in the future (ex: OPT F-1, J-1).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across assigned projects.
• Track project progress and maintain schedules, milestones, and action items.
• Prepare project status updates, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and document decisions and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote equity-focused and community-informed project practices.
• Identify project risks and issues and elevate as appropriate.
