Job summary

Mercor is seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to evaluate and improve AI-driven project plans and workflows. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, staffing, and stakeholder communications across technical projects, ensuring quality and accuracy of PM artifacts.

Start date is immediate. The assignment lasts approximately 4–6 weeks with task-based payment; after completing the first task on time, you may be eligible for hourly payment for the remainder of the project.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management or closely related roles.
• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated project management content and workflows, leveraging your real‑world expertise in coordinating schedules, budgets, staffing, and stakeholder communications across technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, and other project artifacts for quality and accuracy.

• Compare AI-generated responses head‑to‑head based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance.

• Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions and provide expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or another closely related project management role.

• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross‑functional projects.

• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

• Strong written English communication skills.
