Mercor is hiring experienced Project Management Specialists to help evaluate and improve cutting‑edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated project management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in coordinating schedules, budgets, staffing, and stakeholder communications across technical projects.

Start date: Immediate. Duration: approximately 4–6 weeks. Payment is task-based at first, after which hourly compensation may apply for remaining tasks.

• 4+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Experience coordinating schedules, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or another closely related project management role.

• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross‑functional projects.

• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

• Strong written English communication skills.

• Payment: task‑based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
