Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Project Management Specialist to evaluate and improve AI-generated project management content and workflows. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, staffing, and stakeholder communications across technical projects, providing expert evaluation and feedback.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of relevant experience, strong written English, and the ability to commit 20+ hours per week. This contract runs for approximately 4-6 weeks with task-based payment transitioning to hourly

About the Role

In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated project management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in coordinating schedules, budgets, staffing, and stakeholder communications across technical projects.

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, and other project artifacts for quality and accuracy.

• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance.

• Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions and provide expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or another closely related project management role.

• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects.

• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

• Strong written English communication skills.

Additional Information

• Start date: Immediate

• Duration: Approximately 4-6 weeks

• Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
