Job summary

Mercor is hiring experienced Project Management Specialists to evaluate and improve AI-generated project management content and workflows. You will coordinate schedules, staffing, budgets, and stakeholder communications across technical projects.

Start date is immediate with a short 4-6 week duration. Payment is task-based, with hourly pay possible after the first task approval for the remainder of the project.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or another closely related project management role.
• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, and other project artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance.
• Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions and provide expert feedback.
