Job Description

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Project or Program Manager position
• 10+ years of experience communicating and leading projects including employees, customers, peers, and up to executive leadership.
• 10+ years managing requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, risk, and costs in projects.
• 10+ years using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 10+ years using industry standard project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in Global Real Estate and Facilities Management
• 5+ years experience in Consultancy Services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in consulting and/or project management in large, complex industrial companies is preferred.
• Ability to develop project solutions and execute to deliver value for customers.
• Effective mentoring and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering, or project management. An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
