Description

Under limited supervision, responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of complex and cross-functional project efforts.

Essential Functions

1. Translate work completed across EVP organization into a holistic narrative aligned with EVP goals and broader Data and technology strategies.
2. Partner with the CDIO team to create relevant messaging and storylines, ensuring they are embedded in relevant materials.
3. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to support business objectives and leadership narratives.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges, assess risks, and define strategic objectives.
5. Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
6. Develop business cases, strategic plans, and performance metrics.
7. Lead large project efforts, including issue resolution across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
8. Assist in developing business cases, financial analysis, and managing project financials.
9. Draft and review documentation to ensure compliance with the company's global development process and project deliverables.
10. Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies.
11. Mentor less experienced team members.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration, or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years of work experience in information technology or a business environment.

Domicile Information

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States with remote work possible based on business needs. Occasional travel to a regional office may be required.

Pay Transparency

This compensation range is an estimate of the current starting salary across potential locations, with actual pay determined by experience, market, location, and other factors. Eligible employees receive health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay

U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
