Job description

Our Client, a Business Solutions company, is looking for an IT Project Management Advisor for their Memphis, TN/ Columbus OH/Remote location.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage project assignments through completion; communicate results; make recommendations to management; and provide training.
2. Identify required resources; research project data, procedures, and history for a thorough understanding of project direction. Generate and analyze statistical data reports. Develop, prepare, and manage project plans through completion. Communicate activity progress to involved parties. Resolve issues involving clients when appropriate. Transition programs to management personnel. Participate in oral presentations. Develop and provide training to management and colleagues as needed.
3. Perform other duties as assigned. Support the organization's quality programs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred. Computer Sciences courses are a plus.
2. Seven (7) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including at least three (3) years of project management, office operations management, managed care, insurance-related, or statistical analysis experience. Supervisory experience is preferred.
3. Thorough knowledge of related field procedures or insurance-related procedures and/or managed care systems and operations.
4. Strong knowledge of project management and statistical analysis.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
7. Leadership, management, and motivational skills.
8. Analytical and interpretive skills.
9. Strong organizational skills.
10. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
11. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
12. Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
