Join the Missiles and Fire Control Enterprise Performance Team! Enterprise Performance is responsible for enabling and improving program performance across Missiles and Fire Control Lines of Businesses and drive key MFC and Enterprise initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree +1 year experience or 9 years related experience
• Experience coordinating and executing projects, or enterprise initiatives, including tracking actions, milestones, deliverables, and commitments
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across organizational levels and functions, including developing presentations, status on reports, briefings, or other materials for leadership
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive commitments to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Must have an active Secret Clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
