Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, FL is seeking an Integrated Program Planner to support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules. You will act as the primary point of contact with program Directors and lead the Planning team to ensure timely, accurate artifacts.
The role requires collaboration with Senior Planning Management, guidance to team members, and the ability to drive corrective actions to keep programs on track.

Act as primary point of contact with program Directors and Senior Program Planning Management
Supervise Planning team and provide direction and oversight through daily interactions. Collaborate with Senior Planning Manager for personnel assignments, establishment of priorities and ensuring adequate training. Maintain and provide guidance to team members based on organizational goals and company policy. Responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of Planning artifacts for business area
Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements.

Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00
