Lockheed Martin’s Sikorsky division seeks an experienced project manager for core material logistics initiatives. You will lead system implementations, maintain dashboards, and negotiate logistics contracts while driving annual improvements.

The role requires strong analytical, communication and leadership skills, with a background in Agile and traditional project life cycles. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time progress, monitor budgets, and deliver effective

• Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of Agile and Traditional project methodologies along project life cycle.

• Must have demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement /Lean efforts and cost reduction initiatives.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 8 years of professional experience; or 6 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
