Job description

Broth is a fully-remote, creatively-driven healthcare advertising agency based in the NYC area. We’re part of the Supreme Group integrated platform of individually-operated companies. Broth delivers strategy and creative for healthcare brands at every stage, from pre-launch planning and brand identity to creative campaigns, medical storytelling, and omnichannel engagement. Our work is powered by human creativity and supported by the latest technology, including our proprietary AI tools.

We believe great people make great work, and we’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive team where people feel valued, bring their perspectives, and help each other grow. We’re steeped in science, fueled by passion, and wired to deliver savory work—and we believe even the smallest assignment can be a big creative opportunity. We thrive where the science is complex, the stakes are real, and the path forward calls for creativity, clarity, and conviction.

We partner with companies of all sizes across rare diseases, hematology, neurology, cardiometabolic conditions, and oncology, including treatments with advanced mechanisms of action such as gene and cell therapies. We’re especially known for helping emerging and mid-stage biotechs move quickly through a hands-on, collaborative agency partnership.

Over the past three years, we’ve supported 17 launches, bringing people at every level together from senior leaders to junior talent. Everyone contributes, everyone has a voice, and everyone shares responsibility for the quality of what we deliver. At Broth, every team is our A-team.

You’ll be the clear, directive driver of your accounts, keeping a high volume of tactics moving at once, especially in the lead-up to brand launches and other major milestones.

You’ll partner closely with Account, Creative, Editorial, Strategy, Finance Production, and outside vendors across brands and development teams. Broth is agile and fast-moving, so your accounts and responsibilities will evolve with business needs.

  • Clearly documents and communicates solutions/next steps to relevant stakeholders and executes the plan.
  • Demonstrates deep understanding of launch planning steps, leads extended team meetings, breaking down execution steps and communication strategies for an optimal launch.
  • Expertly manages and aligns all team members’ needs during project planning to determine a path forward (asking probing questions where needed), and identifies potential obstacles/risks that could impact execution and the team.
  • Develops strong relationships across all departments, building sense of trust and accountability to one another; should have symbiotic relationship with Account with full appreciation for their role/responsibilities.
  • Has a more expert and nuanced understanding of who/what/when/where/why behind what every department needs in order to be successful, and how that varies team to team.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability
  • Demonstrates superior conflict resolution skills with a calm, measured approach that instills confidence across internal teams.
