Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in Maryland is offering a Project Management Internship to support the Project Manager and team through development and execution phases. The intern will gain exposure to engineering coordination, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities on real projects.

The role provides hands-on experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and meaningful contributions to project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities.
• Support development of project schedules and tracking progress.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Help prepare subcontractor and vendor documentation under supervision.
• Assist with safety-related documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to monthly project review reports and financial tracking.
• Support document management, including RFI submittals.
• Assist with procurement tasks such as purchase orders and subcontract packages.
• Help monitor design, procurement, and construction progress.
• Participate in project close-out activities and lessons learned sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
