Job summary

Quanta-Services is seeking a Project Management Intern in Paramus, NJ to support the Project Manager and team across development and execution phases. You will gain hands-on exposure to engineering coordination, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities on real projects.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities.
• Support development of project schedules and tracking progress.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Help prepare subcontractor and vendor documentation under supervision.
• Assist with safety-related documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to monthly project review reports and financial tracking.
• Support document management, including RFI submittals.
• Assist with procurement tasks such as purchase orders and subcontract packages.
• Help monitor design, procurement, and construction progress.
• Participate in project close-out activities and lessons learned sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
