Job summary

QDSS UC Co-op in Cincinnati is seeking a Project Management Intern to support the Enabler SPRINT process and provide hands-on experience with real project workflows in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership, project teams, and stakeholders; gain exposure to project management methodologies, communication planning, and digital workflow tools such as Planner and Project. Flexible, part-time hours offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant degree in business, operations, or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to gather updates and clarify information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Enabler SPRINT Planner with progress from team members, ensuring accuracy and visibility of project status
• Organize tasks, timelines, and project plans to support ongoing initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather updates, clarify priorities, and support workflow alignment
• Draft, edit, and distribute change management communications to leaders across the company
• Support email communication and stakeholder engagement for SPRINT-related activities
• Assist with documentation, meeting organization, and follow-up actions
• Help streamline processes and identify opportunities to improve project tracking and communication
• Participate in project review meetings and support preparation of materials, dashboards, or summaries
• Use project management tools (Planner, Kanban boards, Gantt charts) to help standardize and improve operational workflows
