Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati is seeking an IT Project & Product Manager intern to collaborate with cross-functional teams, define technical roadmaps, manage timelines, and drive agile product delivery in a tech-focused setting.

During the 12-week summer program, you will experience a subset of responsibilities across digital product management and IT project leadership, gaining hands-on practice with backlog management, stakeholder communication, and analytics.

Qualifications

Avail during summer 2027 for a 12-week internship (mid/late May–early August).
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in IT project methods (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Experience in data analysis or reporting to track project performance.

Responsibilities

Lead digital product strategy, vision, and roadmap development with IT and business stakeholders.
Gather and analyze user feedback, market insights, and performance data to enhance digital products.
Translate business needs into user stories, personas, journeys, and workflows for delivery.
Define priorities, guide cross-functional teams, and manage the product backlog.
Use data-driven insights to validate concepts, optimize performance, and inform decisions.
Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion using Agile or Waterfall methods.
Coordinate vendor activities, monitor costs, and ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
