Burns & McDonnell is seeking an Engineering Intern in Houston to apply standard engineering techniques, update designs, and support lead engineers across market segments.
In this Construction-focused role you will assist with field operations and project management while developing communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills. This is a full-time internship in Houston with mentorship and growth opportunities.
Our Engineering Interns are responsible for performing tasks requiring the application of standard engineering techniques and procedures. This includes standard design of engineering systems, correcting and updating designs, assisting lead engineers with various project duties, and other duties as assigned.

The Construction group is responsible for construction phase services in the design-build process and support for safety and health, estimating, pre-construction, field operations, quality and project management. This includes multiple project execution approaches, including self-perform, multi-subcontractor, construction only and program management.
