Job summary

Rally House in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Project Management Intern to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects under close supervision. You will gain hands-on experience with documentation, scheduling, communication, and project tools in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires part-time work in a Rally House store prior to starting, with mentorship from experienced project managers.

Qualifications

• Willing to work part-time in Rally House store prior to starting the internship.
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate pursuing a relevant degree (e.g. Project Management, Business Administration, Communications).
• Demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in tracking projects from initiation through completion.
• Help maintain project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create, update, and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates.
• Coordinate tasks and communication across multiple teams.
• Support implementation and launch of programs, systems, workflows, and operational initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and flag risks, delays, or obstacles to managers.
• Schedule and support project meetings, take notes, document actions and decisions.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and upkeep of PM tools.
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description

The Project Management Intern supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to help ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with project managers and internal teams, this role provides hands‑on support with project documentation, scheduling, communication, and follow‑up while gaining practical experience in project management processes and tools in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in tracking projects from initiation through completion
• Help maintain project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables as directed
• Create, update, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status updates
• Help coordinate tasks and communication across multiple teams
• Support the implementation and launch of programs, systems, workflows, and operational initiatives
