Job summary

Rally House in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Customer Service & Corporate Sales Intern to support bulk order processing from inquiry to delivery. You will assist with customer inquiries, order preparation, and communications while learning how the Sales Specialist builds relationships with businesses and creates a seamless bulk ordering experience.

You will collaborate with the Corporate Sales Specialist, Buying team, and Customer Service team to support orders and gain exposure to the full sales

• Strong organization and planning skills to manage tasks efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities; familiarity with sales practices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and inquiries about bulk orders.
• Create customer invoices and collect payments for orders.
• Contact previous bulk order customers to identify repeat-order opportunities and generate additional sales.
• Identify and generate new bulk sales leads through prospect research, outreach, and follow-up with potential business customers.
• Assist with customer service processes, such as creating a new order, editing orders, correcting shipping information, and processing cancellations in respect to bulk order transactions.
• Process additional customer service requests as assigned.

Job Description

The Customer Service & Corporate Sales Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting Rally House’s corporate and consumer bulk order process. This role will assist with customer inquiries, order preparation, and communication while learning how the sales specialist builds relationships with businesses and creates a seamless bulk ordering experience. The intern will collaborate with the Corporate Sales Specialist, Buying team, and Customer Service team to support orders from initial inquiry through delivery and gain exposure to the full sales process.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree (e.g. Business, Sales, etc.)
• Available to work standard hours M-F at a corporate office located in Lenexa, KS.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
• Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screenOccasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds
