Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Management & Governance Support contractor for 6+ months to help track GCDI work, coordinate milestones, and support governance forums such as CISO SteerCo and All Hands meetings. You will ensure clear ownership, status updates, and timely inputs across multiple workstreams.

The role requires drafting minutes, maintaining trackers, and coordinating vendor-related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Track GCDI book of work and related CISO SteerCo deliverables and milestones
• Ensure clear ownership, status updates, and dependency tracking across workstreams
• Aggregate and validate weekly operational metrics across GCDI teams for weekly directs
• Draft and refine content for governance forums (All Hands, MRSI OG, CISO SteerCo, Governance & Roadmap mtg)
• Maintain and update PFR artifacts for GCDI and coordinate inputs across stakeholders
• Follow up with stakeholders on vendor workflows, including VRO tasks and outstanding actions
• Support responses to ad hoc budget inquiries from Chief of Staff / leadership
• Streamline reporting processes and templates; reduce manual overhead
• Schedule meetings, set agendas, draft minutes and post-meeting summaries
• Proactively track outstanding asks and maintain momentum on deliverables
• Draft follow-up communications to keep projects on track
• Maintain centralized tracker to monitor outstanding asks to completion
