Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: In-Person

Location: AL165-Montgomery-2600 Gunter Park Dr

Assignment Duration: One Year - looking to convert sooner if good fit

Resource's typical working day: Client is an industrial manufacturing site. Be the direct POC with the client. Responsible for roof replacements, flooring projects, and improvement projects; need to execute and report on projects, develop new projects, document and scope. Must have general contractor experience to understand scope, pricing, and manage RFPs, proposals, and project execution.

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety & risk) with minimal oversight.
2. Be a self-starter, capable of working independently without micromanagement.
3. Excellent communication skills; able to interact confidently with clients and sell work.
4. Effective problem-solving, issue escalation, and project follow-up.
5. Flexible and adaptable to project needs, with a 'do whatever it takes' attitude.

Experience with quality improvement or ground-up construction is beneficial. Projects include HVAC, chiller, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.

Experience & Education:

• Minimum 5 years of experience, with preference for general contractor background.
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field preferred.

Systems/Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe, Bluebeam (preferred for take-offs).

Top Must-Have Skills: Budget and schedule management, self-starter, excellent client communication, highly organized.

Nice-to-Have Skills: General contracting experience, strong follow-up skills, familiarity with trades beyond oversight.

Interview Process: Two rounds of interviews.
