Hours: M-F 8-5 standard, some one-off on weekends

Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: In-Person

Location: AL165-Montgomery-2600 Gunter Park Dr

Assignment Duration: One Year - looking to convert sooner if good fit

Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate: Yes*** No rate to share

Resource's typical working day: Client is Industrial manufacturing site

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a direct POC with the client, handling roof replacements, flooring, and improvement projects.
• Develop new projects, document, scope, and execute them.
• Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety, and risk with minimal oversight.
• Review scope of work, put out RFPs, evaluate proposals, and present to the client.
• Ensure cradle-to-grave management of projects, including reporting and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with general contractor background.
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe, and preferably Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication skills, self-starter, organized, and client-facing.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and chiller projects is beneficial.
