True Talent Group in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Marketing Project Manager to coordinate campaigns and keep priorities on track. You will manage Asana-based workflows, track timelines, and support on-site and remote collaboration to move fast-paced marketing initiatives forward.

This full-time, hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in marketing project management, with strong Excel and Asana skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage marketing tactics in Asana based on campaign plans, event plans, tactic requests, and marketing work requests.
• Administer Asana workflows, rules, automations, and forms to maintain accurate information for operations and reporting.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, and team capacity, proactively identifying trends or risks that could take projects or campaigns off track.
• Escalate potential roadblocks to the Project Manager quickly and clearly.
• Schedule meetings and distribute agendas, notes, and action items as requested.
• Monitor the marketing team’s shared inbox, forwarding and escalating requests as appropriate.
• Coordinate vendor communications, bids, file submissions, and production logistics.
• Support continuous improvement of project templates, workflows, and system administration.
• Jump in where needed to help the team stay organized, efficient, and on track.

About the Role

Are you highly organized, proactive, and energized by keeping projects, people, and priorities on track? We’re looking for an Assistant Marketing Project Manager to support a mission-driven marketing team with the coordination and execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.

In this role, you’ll turn campaign and project plans into actionable tactics, maintain accurate information in Asana, monitor timelines and team capacity, and help identify potential roadblocks before they become problems. You’ll also coordinate with external print vendors and provide the day-to-day operational support that keeps a busy marketing team moving forward.

This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesdays) and an annual salary range of $55,000 - $60,000.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
