The Barkan Management Company is seeking an Assistant General Manager (Project Management) to help operate an HOA in Woodbridge, VA. You will report to the General Manager, coordinate condominium services, schedule activities, prepare correspondence, and manage resident rosters.

Responsibilities include assisting in management planning and budgets, supervising Concierge staff, training, and ensuring service levels with vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or HOA operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and administering the management plan, budgets and service programs.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and staff to support residents and amenities.
• Supervise Concierge staff and monitor performance; conduct training and development.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure quality and costs are controlled.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards across the property.
