Key Responsibilities

• Drive the overall project from concept to mass production, coordinating with cross‑functional team and motivating them to achieve project objectives.
• Meet cost, schedule, and performance targets during project execution.
• Establish and reinforce a strong culture within the project team.
• Hold team members accountable for individual responsibilities.
• Recognize when escalation is needed, and effectively escalates to leadership.
• Create and track schedules, facilitate and document project meetings.
• Visualize the entire scope of a project with very little guidance.
• Track project risks effectively.
• Lead trade‑off discussions with product management and other cross‑functional team members.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills to reach a compromise when needed.
• Present project updates, risks, and business cases to leadership.
• Ensure component delivery via close coordination with US/Asia sourcing and supply chain teams.
• Coordinate build readiness planning throughout the development process with cross‑functional departments.

Required Qualifications
