Job Description: Project Leader – New Product Development Engineering The Project Leader – New Product Development (NPD) is responsible for leading the overall execution of moderate to high complexity product development initiatives, with minimal oversight. This role owns the technical scope, drives key design decisions and trade‑off analyses, and coordinates cross‑functional execution while maintaining full accountability for project delivery and cost.
