Job summary

Set of X is seeking an experienced project owner to lead day-to-day activities across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced government contracting environment. The role requires coordinating schedules, milestones, and reporting in JIRA, while ensuring clear communication with customers and leadership.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 10 years of government/defense/tech experience, and exceptional organizational, written, and verbal skills.

  • 10 years of experience leading or coordinating projects in a government, defense, intelligence, or technology environment.
  • Experience managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience using JIRA for project, task, workflow, or issue tracking.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, customers, and senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
