Job summary

Set of X is seeking experienced project owners to lead government-focused initiatives with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders. You will coordinate schedules, milestones, and deliverables while maintaining thorough program documentation and reporting.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of coordination experience, strong Jira usage, exceptional organization, and excellent written and verbal communication. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 10 years of experience leading or coordinating projects in a government, defense, intelligence, or technology environment.
  • Experience managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience using JIRA for project, task, workflow, or issue tracking.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, customers, and senior leadership.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
