Job summary

Set of X in Annapolis, MD, is seeking an experienced project manager to lead government‑focused initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with JIRA and strong organizational skills are required.

The role entails maintaining program documentation, tracking milestones and deliverables, and serving as the primary liaison between customers, project team, leadership, and supporting organizations.

Qualifications

• Must have 10 years coordinating projects in a government, defense, intelligence, or technology environment.
• Proven experience using JIRA for tracking.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with technical teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project activities and coordinate across teams.
• Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and actions.
• Manage and maintain tasks, workflows, and reporting in JIRA.

• Coordinate priorities and ensure tasks are assigned and completed on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day project activities and coordinate across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
• Manage and maintain project tasks, workflows, and reporting in JIRA.
• Develop and maintainprogram documentation.
• Coordinate priorities and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
• Serve as a primary point of coordination between the customer, project team, leadership, and supporting organizations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10 years of experience leading or coordinating projects in a government, defense, intelligence, or technology environment.
• Experience managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated experience using JIRA for project, task, workflow, or issue tracking.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, customers, and senior leadership.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
