IES Communications is seeking a Project Lead - Security Systems located in Tempe, Arizona. This role involves acting as the on-site coordinator for the installation of security systems including Card Access, CCTV, and Intrusion Systems while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, technical knowledge of security systems, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Competitive compensation ranges from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour based on experience.
Local to AZ. Travel is not necessary but a plus.
The Project Lead - Security Systems will act as the on-site coordinator and crew lead supervisor for program and installation of Security Systems (Card Access, CCTV, CATV and Intrusion systems) per manufacturer requirements and engineered drawings. The Project Lead - Security Systems’s task will be to ensure job completion according to company and customer quality and safety requirements while maintaining the efficiency of the staff assigned to the project.

Tools: Basic Hand Tools: screwdriver - all sizes (regular and Phillips), drywall saw, torpedo level, tape measure, snips (with belt sheath), pliers (adjustable, needle nose, lineman), hammer, cable stripper, insulated crimping tool, flashlight and gloves. Multimeter, butt-set, toner/wand, coax compression and/or hex crimp tool.
