Forte & Tablada is looking for an experienced Project Lead – Land Surveying who is ready to take greater ownership of project execution and help lead surveying work from kickoff through final deliverable.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands how successful survey projects come together, both in the field and in the office. You’ll coordinate field crews, CAD technicians, and technical staff while helping manage schedules, resources, budgets, quality, and project priorities. You’ll work closely with the Group Leader while serving as the day‑to‑day driver of your assigned projects.
If you’re technically strong, organized, proactive, and enjoy being the person who brings the pieces of a project together, this could be a great next step in your surveying career.
As a Project Lead, you’ll have meaningful ownership of project execution. You’ll be counted on to anticipate what comes next, communicate when something needs attention, and give your team the direction they need to deliver quality work.
The Project Lead sits at the center of project delivery, connecting the people performing the work with the scope, schedule, quality expectations, and resources needed to get it done. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, solve problems, develop others, and play a meaningful role in how surveying projects are delivered. This positioning reflects the internal expectation that the Project Lead functions as the operational hub of assigned projects.
