• Execute surveying and geospatial tasks from initiation to final deliverable.
• Perform boundary analysis and coordinate computations.
• Research deeds, plats, rights-of-way, easements, and survey records.
• Process field data from GNSS, leveling, laser scanning, UAV, and other methods.
• Develop and review maps, plats, exhibits, and control diagrams.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and surveying software to support analysis and deliverables.
• Identify field discrepancies and help develop solutions.
• Coordinate with field personnel and junior staff; support workflow improvements.
