Job summary

Singularity Defense Corp. is building a 100+ acre energetics campus in Keenesburg, Colorado. We seek a Project Manager to lead planning, permitting, design, and construction, growing into the Facility Manager role for ongoing site operations.

You will work with engineering, EHS, contractors, and production leadership to ensure timely delivery, safety, and compliance with DoD and ATF standards. This builder's role starts with site development and ends with operational leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction, facilities, or capital-project management.
• Experience in manufacturing, energetics, aerospace, or defense environments.
• Strong ability to manage multi-phase projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, permitting, design, and construction of a 100+ acre campus.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk across design, construction, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, EHS, contractors, and operations leadership.
• Ensure safety standards and DoD/ATF compliance from day one.
• Transition from Project Manager to Facility Manager, leading operations.
• Communicate status to internal leadership, government reps, and landowners.
